CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: If you need to make changes to your reservation please call us at 603-424-8100. All changes & cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid any charges. If you cancel within the 48 hour time-frame, it will result in a fee equivalent to first night of room and tax.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
