Welcome to the Residence at Daniel Webster’s NEW Shared Community Calendar! We created this shared calendar to allow people in the local community (Merrimack, Nashua, Manchester and surrounding areas) to post their events that they think others may be interested in. We hope you will all enjoy this calendar and utilize it so it becomes a one-stop way to find out about the many terrific events taking place in the community. So go ahead and add, browse and enjoy! If you have an idea about how we could improve this format, we would love to hear about it. Please contact us with your ideas or call. You can either e-mail us at mboyd@dfi.cc or call us at 617-227-0893 ext. 653
Marching into its 24th year, the Portsmouth Halloween Parade is a grassroots, all-inclusive celebration of community, creativity and free expression that walks, stalks, dances, trumpets and drums its way through downtown Portsmouth each year on
OCT. 31st AT 7 P.M.
Everyone is invited to dress up, gather at Peirce Island by Prescott Park, and march. No sign-up required. The Parade is in NO WAY a city-sponsored event. It is entirely funded and put on by the community, which rallies a number of benefits to raise funds to cover expenses of insurance, permits and police escort. Hundreds march in costume, thousands cheer from the sidelines, it’s always a spectacle from either side of the curb.
