“I will start off by saying that this hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I first entered the office area. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant to speak to. She was very friendly, asked if I had ever stayed there before (I had not), and she clearly explained where to park, find my building and room, that there was a bottle of wine in my room and lots of other information. Check-in was simple.
When I got into the room, I found it just perfect. The entire suite was immaculate! I didn’t mind walking around barefoot anywhere in there, and the layout was just perfect. There were outlets and USB ports on the bedside tables, the sitting area was comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with anything one could need, including a dishwasher, and soap for it! The available toiletries were better than average, the heating and cooling system worked perfectly, the tub was big enough and clean enough to take a decent bath in, had I wanted to, and the bed was extremely comfortable….. far more comfortable than most hotel rooms, including so-called luxury hotels! I had expected that it would be comparable to an Extended Stay Hotel, but I was happily very wrong, this place is so much nicer! I was so impressed that I returned 2 nights later since my stay in the area had been extended. I would have gone back the night I checked out, but they were booked solid, so I had to stay at another hotel in between my stays there, and despite paying $30 more for that one night at the other hotels, it wasn’t nearly as nice or comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone for any length of stay, and I will be happy to return myself.

“Spacious 2 bedroom suite, love the 2 bathrooms in the rooms. Full kitchen helped a lot. Living area and both bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. “I joined a new company and needed to meet my manager and another team member for an overnight stay. I reserved a Queen studio and it was amazingly clean, updated and super affordable. The price was so low I did not know what to expect but upon my arrival I knew from the location and cleanliness of the lobby and friendly staff that I had not made a bad choice. As their hotel guest I also had use of their business conference room free of charge and the room was recently updated with beautiful furnishing and a screen for my Mgr’s power point presentation. This hotel is privately owned so they take extra care in all they do. They also have a great café called the Seedling Café owned by Karen and this café provides you with a scrumptious breakfast, lunch and prepared dinners you can take back to your room. Overall an exceptional and comfortable stay. I highly recommend as the studios also have a real wood burning fireplaces, a super nice touch for the weary travelers. While I feel half my age, at 77 I’ve done a lot of traveling, and stayed at a lot of hotels, and the Residences at Daniel Webster was definitely the best one I’ve ever stayed at. I picked it because it was affordable, and close to the show grounds, but when I got there, it was so luxurious that I could hardly believe my eyes, and I spent my whole stay feeling like a princess. This hotel met out needs for a week long stay where we needed a separate bedroom from living area. Our room had a self enclosed bedroom with bathroom, a living area with small kitchen, dining area, couch TV, and an upstairs open loft with a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, bathrooms and rooms were basic but functional. 3 regular size flat screen TVs. Along the lines of well used but taken care of 2.5 star hotel. Staff was helpful and nice. Better than a typical Extended Stay hotel.

The desk clerk and staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly. As for the room itself, it was comfortable, clean and well air-conditioned. In the kitchen, there were enough utensils, pots, pans and dishes for a family of 4. The laundry facilities were handy, too.

Fantastic. The hotel is right off of Daniel Webster highway, so easy entrance and exit. The food in the café was phenomenal and all of the staff were very friendly. The suite was homey. My girlfriends and I were down from Maine for our annual shopping trip (we typically only get to see each other twice a year). The suite had a living room type area where we could all comfortably sit and chat while drinking wine.

I would like to thank the management at the Residences at Daniel Webster for their being so helpful. We had a redeye flight into Boston and wouldn’t arrive to hotel until 2AM. They were very helpful in making sure we could access our room without the staff being present (front desk closes at 9PM). It was a very easy process and removed all worry. Getting our key was safe and easy, with clear directions to our room.
This is set up like an apartment complex but the rooms were like studio suites. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was very affordable. It is very close the Outlets at Merrimack, being only a couple of minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived very late (10 pm). The young manager was very accommodating and got us into our room quickly. Couldn’t believe that we got two bedrooms, two baths, living room and kitchenette with full size fridge for such as reasonable price! Very clean. Just 15 min away Lucky 7 Stables and Mel’s Funway.
